Why do Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have royal titles?

Because their father is Prince Andrew, Duke of York, Beatrice is fifth and Eugenie is sixth in line for the throne. They won't ever have that throne but they are within a stone's throw. I think that earns them their titles.
