What would be your soultion to my problem?

Like my parents just turned off my phone we are going to another company or whatever. When my dad gave me his old 2006 phone he got a new sidekick! Before i had this green samsung phone then that got in water but i help payed for that one like 105 then they gave me a 2005 phone it was already dead so i had it for two weeks then my obsessive texting blow-ed it up. Then now i told my parents i do not want a phone unless it is new and is a samsung 5800. If you look on ebay it is way cheaper i have met some of the people that sell it. What should I do? I only want a touch screen i am about to be 16 in 10th grade? So how do i solve this??
