Where can I find a FREE phone number tracking site?

Recently all of my phone, including contacts, have been erased since the T-Mobile Sidekick LX changed it to the new 4g phone. Sucks like heck.. and I hate asking who texted me cuz like 90% of them would just goof around and tell this and that just because you don't have their number in your contacts anymore, and most and hopefully not all phone number tracking sites are pay sites.
