Do you think Princess Beatrice's hat looks like the Flying Spaghetti Monster?

I do not know what she was thinking nor do I know what the hat designer was thinking and perhaps I do not want to know, I love hats, however when they are taking the attention away from the person wearing them they are overpowering and to be avoided unless you are extremely homely, do you suppose Beatrice feels homely?
