Twin girls names which pair do you like more?

In all honesty, I don't like any one pair,but I do like some of your names in general. However I do like Phoebe and Violet. I think those two are kinda old school, but really cute. It sounds like you are leaning toward classic names, but some do sound a little too old like Ethel, Loida, and Rhoda. Unless they are family names, maybe you might want to rethink some of them.
